Doing an update to CMPNDM has been on my list for the past couple months and keeps on getting pushed because of freelance work. There are many things that I’d like to update CMPNDM and want to make sure not to release anything that isn’t good.
Right now, without jumping back into the code, the issue is either the CSS for the post element or the version of Masonry is old. And yes, it might be that the version of jQuery is incompatible with Infinite Scroll… it all takes a lot of time to debug and make sure all the details work. If you feel comfortable jumping into the code, bumping down the version of jQuery to 1.6.2 (the version used on the Masonry site) may do the trick.
